Robert Bürkle is known primarily as a manufacturer of roller finishing equipment and lines. Considering the market demand for high-quality spray guns, completely new nozzle spray painting equipment from the ROBUS series was developed.
The ROBUSpro model is a large-capacity paint machine. Suitable for medium-sized and large companies for painting parts of various materials, sizes and shapes. Under normal conditions, the ROBUSpro is part of a larger paint line.
Robert Bürkle is one of the best-known suppliers of complete paint lines in Europe. Robert Bürkle’s customer list includes most of Europe’s best-known furniture manufacturers, door and window manufacturers.
The stable frame of the paint booth and the optimized airflow inside the chamber ensure ideal surface quality.
The spray gun carriers (paws) mounted on linear guides move oscillatingly perpendicular to the feed belt and apply the optimal amount of paint to the material.

Since this machine is intended for large-scale production, the exact specification of the machine is developed in cooperation with the customer according to the customer’s quality requirements, production speeds and other requirements.
The machine is equipped with an overspray paint return system and an automatic conveyor belt cleaning device

Up to 8+8 spray guns can be installed on the machine.
The choice of spray guns depends on the customer’s preferences (Kremlin, Wagner or another manufacturer suitable for the customer).

As an option, we can offer an additional humidification device to optimize the indoor climate of the paint booth.
