The SINTOGRIND product series metalworking oils (grinding and cooling oils) are probably the most widely used metalworking fluids in Europe for the production of cutting tools, sharpening and other precision products in the metalworking industry. The base oil of most SintoGrind series products is the highest quality polyalphaoefin (PAO). However, the Sintogrind product range also includes products made on the basis of more affordable gas-to-liquid (GTL) base oils such as: TC-X 630 (our replacement recommendation is SintoGrind TC-X 1000, produced on the basis of PAO). NB! Products made on the basis of GTL oils are subject to EU special excise duty and their sale in the Baltic States is only on special orders (not our standard stock product). The top product of the SintoGrind series is the SintoGrind IG 540. Machine manufacturers mainly prefer to recommend the following Oelheld standard products for their machines: SintoGrind TTK, SintoGrind TTS, SintoGrind MP 830 and SintoGrind TC-X 1000.
