Contact free moisture meter for the line M3 Scan

The MiCROTEC moisture meter M3 Scan offers high accuracy.
The moisture meter is certified according to higher requirements and can be used in lines where very accurate moisture measurement is expected (glulam industry, CLT production lines, special lines)

The MiCROTEC M3 moisture meter does not have a transmitter and receiver built into one device, but is placed separately under each other. This ensures accurate measurement results even for materials with a wet surface (in competing solutions, surface moisture provides the majority of the measurement result, and in this case, dry material that has become wet on the surface, for example when the pack is opened, is considered wet).

Since the MiCROTEC M3 has both a transmitter and receiver module, a support for the upper module (a support beam across the line) must be installed on the cross conveyor for transverse material movement.
When installing the moisture meter on a cross conveyor, the operating speed of the moisture meter is up to 240 boards/min.

For longitudinal installation, we supply the moisture meter with the upper module holder.
For longitudinal movement, the material feed speed is up to V=900m/min
