Bio Glide and Lubricant

Sliding surfaces of all woodworking equipment, machines and lines. Work surfaces of planers, cleaning pads of bandsaw blades, etc.

Biolubricant is a mixture of bio-oils (seed oils) and additives that improve sliding. Thanks to active particles, the product reduces friction of the wooden parts being processed on the working surfaces and reduces the adhesion of resin and wood particles to the sliding surfaces.

Advantages:

• Very good lubricating properties = increases the productivity of your equipment fleet
• Very high flash-point (ca.200oC).
• Unusual lubrication ability, the contained active substances prevents that the film of lubricant resinified and becomes tough, the lubrication intervals can be thereby extended substantially.
• Solves and penetrates hardened, resin covered and dried uo oils and fat.
• Creeps automatically in microfine pores, penetrates the smallest spaces and solves rust and hardened dirty remains.
• Prevents tools and machine damage.
• Contains no silicone oils, whereby an aftertreatment (varnish, pickle, veneer…) is possible.
• It is acid-free, non-drying and water-repellent.
• Ecologically harmless and biodegradable.

Application:

• The Bio Glide and Lubricant are sprayed undilute on the working surfaces of the devices (e.g. saw blade, plane surface, etc.).
