The Shrink Foil Packaging machine type SFV 800 cont combines the advantages of a “classic” constant working packaging machine (high performance with short bundles) with the advantages of the proves FISCHER packaging machine (compact construction and the possibility, feeding with bundles in unsteady distances).
This very special advantage will be reached by a driven cross welding and a forming shoe, which moves with the package while the welding procedure. Sonstant work-flow is possible without any interruption in the production.
A second foil unreeling device with a welding device is integrated to avoid a production stop while changing the foil.
The bundle will be forwarded through the machine from the foil rack to the shrink tunnel. On this traverse path the foil will be unreeled from the roll and a cross welded film tube uses a forming shoe to wrap over the bundle. After the foiled bundle has been forwarded to the shrink tunnel, the foil rack moves back into starting position for an interruption-free receiving of the next bundle. The packaging process begins again.
In the shrink tunnel the wrapped bundle will be closed through length welding.
