Description

Bio Glide and Lubricant is for all wood- working devices and -machines, in particular for all kinds of planing machines and band resaws.

The Bio Glide and Lubricant is a mixture of vegetable seed oils with slidingpromoting auxiliary materials. It prevents the jam of wooden parts by his active substances. All parts easily glide above the surfaces.

Advantages:

  • Bio Glide and Lubricant.
  • Very high flash-point (ca.200oC).
  • Unusual lubrication ability, the contained active substances prevents that the film of lubricant resinified and becomes tough, the lubrication intervals can be thereby extended substantially.
  • Solves and penetrates hardened, resin covered and dried uo oils and fat.
  • Creeps automatically in microfine pores, penetrates the smallest spaces and solves rust and hardened dirty remains.
  • Prevents tools and machine damage.
  • Contains no silicone oils, whereby an aftertreatment (varnish, pickle, veneer…) is possible.
  • It is acid-free, non-drying and water-repellent.
  • Ecologically harmless and biodegradable.

Application:

  • The Bio Glide and Lubricant are sprayed undilute on the working surfaces of the devices (e.g. saw blade, plane surface, etc.).
