Chipper maintenance and spare parts
In our practice, we experience chipper maintenance is greatly underestimated, which leads to excessive wear and significantly increases subsequent maintenance costs. In order to optimize these costs, we also provide technical consultation or activities that support our customer to understand the maintenance need of the device.
It is also important to understand the correct setting of the chipper, which helps to optimize the replacement of consumable parts.
We maintain chippers from the manufacturers Weima, Reinbold, Bruks. We offer regular maintenance or technical inspection if necessary, also major repairs.
We perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on site. In case of major repair project, it will be planned.
In case of major repair is necessary, we extend the life of the chipper, dismantle all components and replace spare parts. The duration of the repair depends on the type of chipper and its technical condition but usually up to 3-4 weeks.
