ASG4 pakiladuja võimaldab konveierilt tõsta valmis pundid rist-rullkonveierile, kus moodustatakse kiht. Kiht asetatakse pakiks. Puntide arvu kihi kohta saab muuta. Pakiladujal on 7 tõukurit.
Kirjeldus
The separated bundles will be put together to a layer, where the number of bundles per layer can be adjusted manually over an operator terminal.
The Stacking machine has 7 pusher arms and do not need to be modified when it comes to different lengths.
After completion of a layer, means achievement of the predefined number, the pusher arms move back with a fully mechanized drive using a gear brake motor, so a layer can be laid down step by step on the support arms of the lifting device.
