Another hydraulic cold glue press Trimwex SLV-H for the Baltic wood industry
We are pleased to announce that we have delivered another new Trimwex press to the Baltics.
Trimwex SLV-H presses are a reasonable choice for the production of window and doorscantlings, door frames, stair treads and other wood-glued products with a smaller cross-section of various lengths. The presses are manufactured based on the customer’s needs. The width of the press base is according to the customer’s request (for example: B=147, 200, 250, 300mm)
The height of the press working area is up to 1250mm, length 6100mm, depth 200mm as standard.
Advantages of the SLV-H press:
-the press is extendable
-the upper hydraulic pressure cylinders of the press are movable according to the length of the material
-the rear support beams of the press are movable according to the length of the material
-the side pressure cylinders of the press are hydraulic and the aligning units can be freely moved laterally according to the length of the material
-it is possible to order height-adjustable upper pressure cylinders or upper pressure cylinders with center adjustment.
-the press control can be brought to console in the middle of the press, which gives the operator a better overview of the pressing process when closing the press
