Boards endmatching is increasingly being used for interior and exterior profiled boards. Later installation of end-joined boards on a construction site is easier, faster and visually more correct than boards that are often assembled on site. End-joined material is also used in roof construction.
Our selection includes the System Hall AB end endmatching machine (boards endprofiling machine), where the end mill cutters are not aligned in line (not located parallel as by end-tenoners usually). This ensures a correct 90* angle for the end mill.
First, the end of one side of the board is milled. Then the other end of the board is moved to the other side zero line on the opposite side and the milling of the other end of the board is repeated.
To ensure greater productivity, a special solution is available where the end mill on one side is movable in line. This ensures minimal travel time for the board to the zero line on the other side.
If the material is straight and space is limited, we also offer classic end-tenoner installation where the end saws and milling cutters are placed side by side (opposite each other).
