Single-blade radial arm resaw ST100R

The ST100R resaw is one of the most widely produced classical resaw by MTG Eesti OÜ’s English partner Stenner Ltd.
It is a new development of the previous model ST9.
Actually, there are 3 models in production with the same construction, frame and bandsaw pulley diameter (D=915mm (36”)): ST100RB, ST100R and ST100RS

The difference between the models lies in the convenience features and the ST100RB, Eentry level” model is designed for a lower feed speed of up to V=40m/min, while the ST100R and ST100RS models are designed for work with a feed speed in the range of V=5-60m/min. The ST100R band saw is suitable for cutting dry and semi-wet edged lumber. The resaw is suitable for woodworking companies with very different orientations. Since the saw has only one feed roller, the saw partially “copies” the curvature of the material, which is why this saw is also used for cutting curved side boards (molding manufacturers, etc.)

If you are a smaller company and you do not plan to install a vertical resaw into the resawing line, but the machine’s in-and outfeed are the responsibility of the operators, MTG Eesti OÜ recommends: the right model for you is the ST100R.
Unlike the cheaper resaw ST100RB, the St100R model has all the (optimal) accessories necessary for everyday work: touch-sensitive operator panel, cutting size indicated on the screen (size setting manually), start-stop from the operator panel, the feed speed is displayed on the operator panel.
In addition, a foot pedal control of feed roller arm can be additionally installed (recommended option when handling curved material).

If you want a more affordable saw, your choice is the ST100RB or ST80.

However, if you also want remote width adjustment, a saw blade roller motor with frequency converter, a larger motor up to 18 KW, and an operator panel away from the machine, then you should choose the model: ST100RS.
