Planing lines
MTG Eeesti OÜ has been involved in the development of drawings and delivery of most of the Baltic high-speed planing lines. Since 1997, we have brokered more than 20 of the Baltic high-speed planing lines and have been partially involved in the implementation of more than 30 planing lines. Consulting and sales of planing lines and material slitting lines are our core strengths. Depending on the size of the project and the final product, we can offer the client a solution that is right for them.
Description
Our product portfolio includes three recognized European manufacturers of planing line mechanization:
System Hall AB (profiling lines, end-punching equipment, slitting lines),
Ledinek Engineering (construction material calibration and planing lines, combined scanner and sorting lines)
Fischer Maschinenfabrik (profile planing lines that must fit into an existing compact building, parquet processing lines, thermal laminating equipment)
We often integrate a re-saws into our planing line. Our partner is the renowned English manufacturer Stenner Ltd.
One of the most important nodes of planing lines is also the bundle formation of planed material. Here we can offer various solutions for longitudinal movement or transverse movement of the material. In addition, ready-made bundle binding devices. Ready-made bundle wrapping devices. Bundle thermal wrapping devices, marking, etc. We solve the problem of stapling and automatically covering the finished bundle with film. We supply a bundle press, bundle binding device, etc. with the line, if necessary.
