IonoGrind – metalgrinding oil and dielectric in one product

IonoGrind is a multifunctional metalworking fluid that combines the properties of a dielectric and a metalworking (metalgrinding) oil. This unique combination allows Oelheld IonoGrind to be used in metalworking machines where different cutting technologies are used to process materials.
Ionogrind allows for conventional grinding of steels with a grinding wheel and also allows the use of the electroerosion method for processing extremely hard materials such as CBN and diamond in the same machine.
Like at the Walter Helitronic Diamond series machines.
