Metal detector METRON 05 D

MTG Eesti OÜ‘s German partner Mesutronic GmbH has a wide range of metal detectors for various industrial sectors.

The Mesutronic Metron 05 D model is a so-called “tunnel type” metal detector and is designed to detect metal and other foreign objects in various materials.
Since the Metron 05D has a very wide range of applications, it can be installed both vertically and horizontally, or, for example, on a rising or falling belt conveyor.
This model can also be installed on a vibrating conveyor or directly in front of the device, etc. (in front of a band saw, in front of a chipper,…)
This model is used to detect metal parts in both solid wood and bulk materials. The choice of opening sizes is wide: from very small to very large metal detectors.
The installation of the metal detector is made easier by the simple but ingenious metal detector design = the lower half of the metal detector is removable, making it easy to install the metal detector on an existing conveyor or replace the old metal detector on the conveyor with a new one.

Metron 05D can also be used to search for metal in plastic, paper, textiles and other materials.
