Fully automatic CNC leveling and tensioning machine for band saw blades

The fully automatic CNC band saw blade leveling and tensioning machine Kohlbacher Hammerhead 3000 is probably the best maintenance machine for wide band saw blades on the European market at the moment.
This is proven by the fact that this machine is increasingly being used in their daily work by band saw blade manufacturers and companies involved in band saw blade maintenance.

To ensure accuracy, the machine has two separate working heads. One for leveling the saw blade and the other for tensioning the saw blade.
The technology used to measure the actual thickness of the saw blade body determines the actual thickness of the saw blade body even if the saw blade is not 100% resin-free. The thickness of any dirt (resin layer) on the saw blade surface is not taken into account when processing the saw blade.
