Automatic system for the application of primers and stains by flow coating.

Thanks to the rock coating ramps and the reduced number of nozzles, the quantity of the product required to operate the machine is only 25 liters.

The color change is possible in a very short time, being the cleaning cycle and the passage from one product to another managed by a PLC and automatic three-way valves.

The washing water can be automatically discharged and refilled from main water, tank, or an existing clarifier.

Description

Rock 1 features
  • The containment structure is made of high-strength polypropylene to facilitate the flowing of the product.
  • The tank is made of stainless steel.
  • Paint application system with double rock arms, consisting of adjustable distribution nozzles. The rock arms are feed by a specific pump for water-based products.
