Spray coating ROBUSeco

Robert Bürkle is known primarily as a manufacturer of roller coating (finishing) equipment and lines. Considering the market demand for high-quality spray coating machines, completely new nozzle spray painting equipment from the ROBUS series was developed.
The ROBUSeco model is the simplest and best alternative to painting with a hand gun. Suitable for small and medium-sized companies for painting parts of various materials and sizes and shapes.
The stable frame of the paint booth and the optimized airflow inside the chamber ensure ideal surface quality.
The spray gun carriers (drive arms) mounted on linear guides move oscillatingly perpendicular to the feed belt and apply the optimal amount of paint to the material.
The machine can be equipped with up to 2 traverse drive arms and up to 4+4 spray guns.
The choice of spray guns depends on the customer’s preferences (Kremlin, Wagner or another manufacturer suitable for the customer)
As an option, we can offer an additional humidification device to optimize the indoor climate of the paint booth.
