Robust 10 is a part of compact door production line series from Bürkle from capacity up to (100 doors/8h).
All lines are adjustable in respect of the amount of glue application, material sizes, press pressure, press temperature and the press time.
The basics of the ROBUST series generally are a roller coating machine model RCG with four rollers, usable with water-based glue, a place for providing material and for manual assembling of glued and unglued door components like top layer, middle layer, frames, stiles and rails as well as a heated through feed press installation with an out feed system for raw door handling.
