Visualization software for band saw lines and other saw lines, Optiline

The Microtec Optiline band saw line cutting line visualization software (first cut + cutting pattern visualization) helps the saw line operator to get a better overview of the cutting pattern (saw plan) of each log being processed in real time. Also it helps operator to have overview abou others Microtec softwares running parallel.
The optimal cutting pattern proposed in real time is added to the camera image of both ends of the log displayed on the monitors.
The operator has the opportunity to intervene and change the cutting pattern selection if necessary.
On carriage saw lines (for example, Primultini saw lines) and classic band saw lines (Twin /Quadro), the Optiline software is usually used hand in hand with the Microtec Maxicut saw line software. Typically, the Optiline and Maxicut software receive their initial inputs from the Microtec log longitudinal scanners Logeye or CT Log.

Microtec Depending on the need, it is possible to link other Microtec software with Optiline and Maxicut. The Optiline system and other systems often receive their inputs from the log optimization software Winlog.
