Tapa Mill OÜ profile boards painting line

In cooperation with MTG Eesti OÜ partners Swedish company System Hall AB and German company Fischer Maschinenfabrik GmbH, we delivered a profiled board painting line to Estonian woodworking company Tapa Mill OÜ. The dryer was delivered from Swedisch producer Triab / Tri Innovations AB. After painting and drying the boards, it is possible to form bundles of boards that are tied and thermo-wrapped and stapled, or the painted boards are stapled into one large bundle immediately after the dryer. An intermediate film is automatically placed between the material layers.

Tapa Mill OÜ also has a planing line (System Hall AB) supplied by us with a Stenner Ltd. band saw and a material splitting re-sawing line (System Hall AB) supplied by us with a Stenner Ltd. band resaw that can be tilted up to 45*.
