MTG Eesti OÜ is selling Hafico tincture presses.
Hafico tincture presses were used in almost every pharmacy at the time. That is why the term “pharmacy press” or “Hafico press” is often used. Unlike the pharmacy presses of the time, the pressing force used in today’s Hafico presses is significantly higher.
Hafico tincture presses are used to press herbal components, such as various fruits, seeds, roots, alcoholic preparations and many other materials, in order to obtain active ingredients and oils in liquid form. The quality and quantity of the resulting tincture is maximized, because the herbal active ingredients are extracted under high pressure, without additional heating and without chemical additives.
Using pressing technology, a near-ideal (true) tincture is obtained for further product analysis or subsequent processing. That is why Hafico presses are often used in food laboratories, research institutions and universities.
The robust construction of the tincture presses ensures a long service life. Tincture presses are available in different modifications: cast aluminum-standard model, stainless steel-food model or explosion-proof – special model. Tincture presses are also used for product drying, dry pressing and special pressing. The presses can be successfully used to produce high-efficiency tinctures, aroma essences, dry products or even use the presses for drying textile materials, laboratory tests, etc.

Various press inserts are available for all tincture presses, which reduce the amount of filling and at the same time significantly increase the pressure on the material being pressed.

Today, the Hafico brand belongs to MTG EESTI partner company, to the German machine manufacturer Fischer Maschinenfabrik GmbH.
