Scanners for sorting fruits, pastries, cheeses, nuts, etc. visually (3D) + X-ray method. Products are fixed according to different sizes and quality. Food safety is important.
Scanning products using the X-ray method detects: foreign objects in the product, product quality problems, product completeness (for example: missing or excessive cream in a croissant, missing or excessive toppings in a frozen pizza, incorrect product quantity, excessively large holes in cheese, rot in apples, presence of seeds in pitted fruits, other abnormalities in fruits and circumstances causing rapid spoilage)
X-ray inspection of packaged liquids, powders, granular products, etc. to separate products with foreign objects in their packaging, spoiled products or packages with the wrong number of products.
X-ray inspection of packages identifies damaged or technically non-compliant packages.
Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence (AI), increasingly complex material sorting can be performed.
